542-0200. By Boat: It's a slow ride off the Caloosahatchee to the marina; turn north at marker No. 92 and watch for green marker No. 9 once you're inland.
At Rumrunners you can dock, grab an outdoor table and grade the parade of boats leaving and entering the marina while you dine. (It's the captain's equivalent of people-watching.) Be sure to try one of the house cocktails.
Best bites: Conch fritters (despite the tartar sauce on the side); tuna tataki, seafood potpie. Our favorite libation is not the namesake rum concoction but the Stacytini, a mango martini
