Marina South and Marina South II Named “Best High-Rise” in Lee County

Marina South and Marina South II at Cape Harbour were named “Best High-Rise” by the Lee Building Industry Association at the 2007 Summit Awards Celebration. The award was bestowed to Kraft Construction Company which built the two 15-story condominium buildings.

“Kraft did a phenomenal job on these projects every step of the way – consistently beating our timelines and exceeding our high expectations,” said Realmark President Will Stout. “We’re thrilled that the BIA recognized their superior work and the stunning result – these 220 beautiful, luxury, waterfront residences.

” The Summit Awards pay tribute to Building Industry Association members who have obtained an outstanding level of success and professionalism in the commercial construction industry during the year 2006, and provide an opportunity to recognize excellence in this effort. This esteemed award is the only one of its kind in Southwest Florida.
